About the Hatz 1D42
The Hatz 1D42 is designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability and service access matter as much as performance. Its air-cooled layout keeps installation simple by removing the need for a liquid-cooling system, making it well suited to compact machinery and equipment that operates in harsh environments.
It delivers up to 6.6 kW (8.9 hp) at 3000 rpm, with usable output across working speeds including 6.4 kW (8.6 hp) at 2800 rpm and 6.1 kW (8.2 hp) at 2600 rpm. For lower-speed operation, it also supports 5.4 kW (7.2 hp) at 2300 rpm and 4.7 kW (6.3 hp) at 2000 rpm, helping you match the engine to real operating conditions rather than quoting only peak rpm.
For governed-speed duties, the 1D42 supports 3000 rpm constant speed, and it can also be selected for 1800 rpm and 1500 rpm applications where stable output is required.
