What will it run?
What each pack can actually do.
Pick the things you want to keep going and read across. ‘Too much’ means the appliance needs more power than the pack can give.

Approximate runtime on a full charge, worked out as capacity × 85% ÷ the appliance’s watts. The 85% allows for inverter losses, so these are realistic figures, not best-case ones. Fridges are averaged at 60W because the compressor cycles on and off. To power house circuits, use a changeover switch fitted by a qualified electrician.

Questions
Good to know.
Anything else, call us on +44 (0) 1626 778 266. We’re a UK company you can actually phone.
Which pack do I need?
Add up the watts of what you want to run at the same time: that’s the output you need. Then multiply each appliance’s watts by the hours you want, add them up and add about 20%: that’s the capacity. The table above does most of the work. If you’re not sure, call us and we’ll help you choose.
Can I charge with solar panels?
Yes, every pack in the range supports solar charging. Ask us which panels suit your pack and we’ll make sure they match its input.
Will it run a kettle?
The BP2400 runs a 2kW kettle and the T4 Wave runs a standard kitchen kettle. The BP1500 handles a low-wattage travel kettle up to 1,500W. The BP300 and BP600 can’t run a kettle.
How long will it run a fridge?
A typical fridge-freezer averages around 60W, so a full BP1500 runs it for about 22 hours, a BP2400 for about 36 hours and a T4 Wave for about three and a half days.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. There’s no combustion, so there are no fumes and no carbon monoxide. Keep the vents clear and don’t cover it while it’s running.
Is it safe for laptops and TVs?
Yes. Every pack gives pure sine wave output, the same clean power as a mains socket.
Will it keep my computer on in a power cut?
The BP2400 works as a UPS: plugged into the mains with your kit connected to it, it switches to battery in 20ms or less. That’s quick enough for most PCs, routers and NAS drives. For critical servers, use a dedicated online UPS.
Can it power my house?
The bigger packs can run the essentials and some big appliances, but only connect them to your house circuits through a proper changeover switch fitted by a qualified electrician. Never back-feed a house through a socket.
Which packs can be expanded?
The BP1500 and T4 Wave take extra battery packs. Expansion on the BP600 is limited, so ask us first. The BP300 and BP2400 are standalone.
How long do the batteries last?
The LiFePO4 cells are rated for 3,000 or more full charge cycles, and 4,000+ on the T4 Wave. Charged and emptied twice a week, that’s decades of cycling, so in practice age and storage set the limit long before the cycle count does.
Can I take one on a plane?
No. Airlines don’t allow lithium batteries over 160Wh on passenger flights, and even the BP300 is 296Wh.
How should I store it?
Somewhere dry between 0°C and 25°C, at around half charge, and top it up every few months. LiFePO4 cells won’t charge below freezing, so bring it in from a cold van or shed before charging.
How is it delivered?
The BP300 and BP600 go by standard tracked courier from our UK warehouse. The bigger packs travel by a specialist carrier because of the size of their batteries. Returns are accepted within 14 days.
What warranty do I get?
Every pack comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Ask us for the details on your model.
