Our buying power, your shipment

Why it costs less to buy it all through us.

You get one supplier who knows engines, with the buying and shipping of a much bigger business behind your order.

01

We’re already buying from them

Hatz, Rehlko, Yanmar and Lister Petter are brands we’re authorised for, and we order from the others all the time. Adding your items to our orders is simple, and usually cheaper than buying one-offs from each supplier yourself.

02

Freight we ship regularly

Pallets, crates and containers leave Teignmouth for overseas customers all the time. We know the forwarders and the routes, and one bigger shipment almost always costs less than several small ones.

03

One clearance at your end

One shipment means one set of customs paperwork, one lot of duties and one delivery to arrange, instead of chasing parcels from four countries.

What can go in

Engines, generators and the parts to keep them running. Together.

If we sell it, it can go in the same shipment. If you need something we don’t list, ask. We can often get it.

How it works

From your list to your door in four steps.

One person looks after your shipment from the first email to the day it lands.

1

Send us your list

Everything you need, any brand, any mix. Part numbers, engine serial numbers or a plain description are all fine. We’ll work out the rest.

2

Get one quote

We check stock and lead times across every brand, then quote the goods and the freight together so you can see the whole cost before you commit.

3

We bring it together

Everything comes into our warehouse in Teignmouth. We check each item against your order, then crate or palletise it for the journey.

4

Shipped as one

By air, sea or road, to your door, port or airport. The export paperwork is done for you and we keep you updated until it arrives.

Taken care of

You deal with us. We deal with the rest.

Export packing Crates, pallets and wrapping made to survive a sea crossing, not just a courier van.
Paperwork done Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin when your country needs them.
Batteries handled properly Battery packs packed and declared under the dangerous goods rules for air and sea.
One person to talk to The same contact from quote to delivery, on the phone, by email or on WhatsApp.
Kept up to date Tracking and updates at each stage, so you can plan the fitters and the downtime.
Checked before it goes Every item checked against your order before it’s packed. If anything’s short, we tell you first.

Ways to ship

The right route for the size and the deadline.

We’ll suggest the best option in your quote. You choose.

Courier and air freight

For urgent parts and smaller orders. Door to door, tracked, and usually the fastest way to get a machine running again.

Sea freight

A shared container for a few pallets, or a full 20ft or 40ft container for engines, generator sets and big parts orders.

Road freight

Pallets and crates across the UK, Ireland and Europe, with a delivery date you can plan around.

Prefer your own freight forwarder? No problem. We’ll pack it for export, label it and have it ready for them to collect from Teignmouth.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else, call us on +44 (0) 1626 778 266.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We ship everything from a single filter to a full container. Consolidating starts to pay off as soon as you need things from more than one brand.

Can you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. Tell us where it’s going and we’ll confirm the route, and any restrictions, before you order.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

Normally you do, as the importer, when it arrives. We’ll make it clear in your quote what’s included, whether that’s to your port or airport, or all the way to your door.

Can I add to an order after I’ve placed it?

Usually, yes, as long as it hasn’t been packed. Tell us what you’d like to add and we’ll update the quote.

Can you ship battery packs?

Yes. Lithium battery packs have to be packed and declared under dangerous goods rules, and we handle that as part of your shipment.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Of course. We’ll pack everything for export, label it and have it ready for your forwarder to collect from Teignmouth.

The goods and the freight together, with the route we’d recommend. There’s no obligation, and the more you can tell us, the sharper the quote.
